Elders

by Bret Malley

There are not many Elders left in the world, but maybe some day. We just expand so damn fast. I do all my own photography- but I did end up using two free textures that I liked. Overall I had never done much with lighting before so this was a good way to learn for me. Can't say exactly how many hours this took- or even how many pictures of trees I took. Quite a lot overall. Images are from all over: Peru, upstate NY, Sierra Nevada Mountains, Grand Canyon, Mono Lake, Great Basin…

I love the colours and the entire style. It's brilliant that you have the talent to do all your own photography and don't rely on stock. Beautiful.
